Great Place to Live

We’ve been living here for almost seven years now and are very satisfied. Village at Mayfield is a sprawling complex located in a quiet park-like setting with a beautiful clubhouse and pool area.

We’re fortunate to have professional, friendly and responsive property management/maintenance teams, many of whom have been here for years.

We’ve met many wonderful neighbors here, some of whom have become very good friends. Since the property is pet-friendly you meet neighbors while walking their... dogs.

You have to factor in the convenience as well. With I-271 around the corner we’re located about 15 minutes or so from just about anything you may need from Metroparks (North Chagrin Reservation), shopping and restaurants. Having Heinen’s grocery store next door is a bonus.

All in all, living here has been a very positive experience, so I’d recommend Village at Mayfield highly to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

The best apartments!

I have lived at the Village at Mayfield three separate times in my life! This is a testament as to how much I love it here. It’s located in a safe and friendly part of town with a cute private pool. Any time I ever have issues, the maintenance team lives on site and is always there to immediately help, going above and beyond for their residents. This year when I had some flooding from a storm, they even came while I was gone on vacation and put all my furniture back in place and made sure... everything was taken care of so I didn’t have to worry. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing place to live

I’ve been living here for a year and I love it. The atmosphere is so relaxing and quiet. The grounds are maintained the pool and hot tub are amazing. Hienens is right across the street and I love walking over there to get my daily meals. The residence I’ve encountered has been very pleasant.

Extremely satisfied renter!

This is a well-established property; very well maintained, with several amenities. Working with the entire staff is a pleasure. I appreciate that they are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to work with me for my special needs.

Location is excellent - close to hospitals, restaurants, shopping, and the Cleveland Metro Parks.

I am an 80 year old retiree and I am thankful to be living here.

My sincere congratulations to the entire staff!!!
